The need for comprehensive legal regulations to ensure system reliability in the context of energy transformation forces the government to take action aimed not only at protecting and developing the industry, but above all at protecting the climate. The author of the paper analysed applicable legal provisions in force in both the international arena and national legislation, attempting to assess their effectiveness and comprehensiveness.
